As I noted in another thread, the hippies required me to attend a depraved Garth Fagan Dance show, which turned out to be nothing but vile pornography in disguise! They were trying to convert both me and their 9-year-old Christian boy to The Icky Side in one fell swoop, but I decked a mustachioed usherette and we escaped with our chastity intact.

So much so that we're going to make it an annual event! What better than a roaring fire in the middle of January in Iowa? Almost the whole town turned out, and one enterprising little scamp even made an effigy of Super Marco to throw on the glorious inferno!
We did miss you there though, and everyone joined in prayer for Jesus to keep you safe while you were away. And sure enough He did! Proof positive that PRAYER WORKS! PRAISE!

Yes indeed, it was an awesome experience. Reminded me somewhat of the grand midwinter bonfires after football games we once enjoyed in years gone by at my alma mater. Those were the days. Of course unlike the bonfires at college, the Freehold burning was a True Christian™ event. We were definitely impressed. Our family now plans to make attendance an annual event. However, just one thing. Next year Noddy will be packing gas masks with our gear to avoid breathing the plastics fumes. Plastics are toxins, you know. Just wondering if we should be made aware of that. Just my thoughts. All in all, I am definitely impressed. Carry on.
