    One can say that when they die, their bones can be opened and the marrow harvested. Its also possible to harvest fetal stem cells from other animals. If we can perfect DNA transition, then they might be able to be put into humans.

        DNA is actually almost universally accepted. In criminal cases, DNA evidence is put above eye witness accounts in importance. Examining peoples DNA has given people the ability to diagnose other genetic predispositions (Alzheimers, cancer) and perhaps lessen their impact.

                The Bible says that God will cure true believers of all their illness, disease, and ailments. If these "christians" have symptoms that do not go away, logic dictates that they are not really Christians.

                James 5:15-16 "15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. 16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."

                  At this point we have reached a argumental stalemate. I have explained myself as much as i could and so have you and I have gotten to you core beliefs (scriptural evidence). I will not be able to get you to go against that nor do i want to. I think everyone is entitled to their own beliefs.

                      At that point, I was arguing about the ethical treatment of people who have genetic predispositions (cranky old man proposed labor camps). I was also trying to explain what down syndrome really is (I highly doubt it is specifically mentioned or explained in the bible). But if your religion requires you to not believe in DNA (a fact I had just learned), fine, just keep doing that.

                      One thing I noticed. You might want to rearrange the awards you are displaying, it appears that a gun is pointed at a babies head.
