You are missing the point, completely. No surprises there. Is the rapist a sinner? Yes! But is he to blame? No! The women behaving like a slut is to blame for seducing the innocent man into sin.

And God punishes rapists for their sin. In Deuteronomy 22:28-29 God tells us as punishment the rapist will have to marry his victim. A well deserved punishment that fits the crime.
