I'm worried about the dear Mistress Cookie is too! I've been praying for her health. Of course, the Lord is the great healer, so all should be ok, because it is all in His Divine Plan!

I had to stop off and get my degree framed, but I'm filling out the release forms right now. Well, actually my assistant Setsuko is filling them out because it was a lot of boring drivel about treatment plans, restraint authorization, medication lists, etc. She thinks it will take another hour, and maybe 5 minutes to get her out of the straightjacket once we are safely out of sight.

She has quite an insurance plan, so I've ordered a full panel workup, physical, behavioral, & occupational therapy, a consumer direct personal care attendant team, and also took the liberty of enrolling her in several phase 2 clinical drug trials when Setsuko pointed out that as her acting power of attorney, the money they pay for the trials can be deposited directly into my account.

I think the inmates are running the asylum here. The shift nurse asked me about adjusting Cookie's Haldol dosage, and when I said to triple it, had the nerve to say she thought the dosage was a bit excessive.

Well excuse me, little Miss Nurse in floral print scrubs! You don't seem to realize that the bottle is sitting right next to something called Acetaminophen 500mg, and 15mg of Haldol is a lot less than that. Mercy, but where do they get these quacks?

Des, please help me. I have run out of oxycontin and I am in tremendous pain. I can't even leave my hotel room, it hurts so bad. It feels like every joint in my body has needles sticking into them. I'm in that little executive suites type hotel about a mile down the road. Please get me as much oxy as they will give you and get here ASAP. Thank you.

They have a couple of ampules of Oxytetracycline here, which is probably the same thing. They look like they've been collecting dust for a while, so nobody will miss them if I slip them in my pocket. I'll drop them off in a while.

Well, I am simply famished after getting her out of this straightjacket. Cookie is quite unconscious and not looking herself at all. She's drooling and quite possibly leaking from elsewhere. I didn't want to mess up the carpet in my trunk, so I slipped her into a waterproof duffel bag.

Saw a Chaparral steak house at the Best Western, and since I don't know when it closes or where Cookie lives, I dropped the duffel bag off at the front desk. The ampules are in a zipper pocket on the end. Good luck to you both. I'm awaiting a Porterhouse.
