After my reverse mortgage fell thru I decided to attend an exclusive tithing seminar in Charlotte. After studying the latest trends of church marketing and fund raising, I contacted some church marketers and consultants, to come up with ways to get MORE money from them, and target those who have money to give. I suggest you consider this game changing strategy:

- First let me make one thing clear. This is not just money ploy. Even these people are probably among the most financially blessed, they need to be saved too. They have the same issues as the lower potential donors. Probably even more given their higher social standings. Plus most churches look at them, assume they are fine and leave them in a spiritual desert.

- Now we have to find them. This is pretty easy, some think it's tough, but it's pretty easy considering Landover's networking resources. These high capacity tithers have already identified themselves by who they are in the community and in other places - at work , at school, wherever it is. We can find them. A few are hiding, but most of them are fairly obvious.

- Once we find them, we should create environments and opportunities where you can build relationships with them. It might be a dinner gathering, or a dessert fellowship or something like that. Make it fun, make it casual. Don't let the group get too large. If it does (a good problem to have), we can break it up into a group per night during your stay. The right group may even require more than one.

- We have use this time to cast vision, to recast vision, if you've already cast vision, to build trust with them, to enhance relationships. Let them sit with Pastor Zeke in the cockpit saving souls around the world to give them a glimpse of where God is leading us.

Now there may be a few folks that say this may be playing favorites as described in James 2:

We can't stress this enough, Brother Osborne. This is a project to save souls and we include the souls of our wealthy brethren.

You are correct to point out the sin of so many churches who take money from the wealthy but leave them for Satan to harvest. That is not the case at Landover Baptist.

As many of you know, due to the wayward actions of a True Christian that had demons in his rectum, I suffered a serious financial setback (lost close to 30% of my holdings) and was unjustly persecuted by the FBI, Homeland Security and the SEC. The fines and 'campaign gifts' I had to pay out took another 30% of my meager funds. I had to cancel my own order of a G550 due to being poor.
That all said, my financial hardships mean nothing compared to the suffering Jesus went through for those three days in the cave before he ascended into Heven on Easter. Therefore, in an effort to show God how much I love him, I am donating (I'll need a recipt) 25% of my net profits from the first quarter of fiscal year 2015 (after expenses, taxes and fees) to the Pastoral Plane fund. I had my joo accountant wire transfer in $5,000,000 just before the cheap bastard turned offf the lights at sundown. Not a lot but it is the best I can do while I rebuild from the ashes of poverty.
I just pray Jesus sees my meager gift and accepts it graciously and it does not affect my Golden Ticket to Heaven.
