We know Satan hates those who are closest to the LORD, and recently he got his claws deep in the Duggar home. Satan led the girls into luring oldest son Josh to molest them in their sleep.

According to a recently uncovered police report, Josh Duggar, one of the many stars of TLC's 19 Kids and Counting, allegedly molested five girls — some of whom, were reportedly his sisters — starting in 2002. He was around 14 at the time.

Josh, 27, issued a statement to People in response to the allegations: "Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret. I hurt others, including my family and close friends. I confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation. We spoke with the authorities where I confessed my wrongdoing, and my parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling. I understood that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life."

The girls have been taught to "stay covered up because they believe their bodies are 'special gifts' to be shared 'only with husbands.' This means high necklines and midi skirts to keep cleavage and thighs from showing in public."

Giving their "special gifts" to their older brother is disgusting and is no doubt a terrible embarrassment to Jim Bob and Michelle. Thank God the little brothers didn't lure him to gay-molest them, too. That would be really gross.

Josh forgave his sisters, convinced authorities he was just fine, and grew up and moved on to become the executive director of FRCAction, the lobbying arm of the Biblically Solid Family Research Council, which works tirelessly to promote Christian and American family values by reminding people how scary and dangerous gay and lesbians are, including their natural impulses towards child molestation, domestic violence, and worse.

Let's pray Jim Bob and Michelle's loving, totally appropriate and not at all uncomfortable public affection while chaperoning their children's dates gets through the girls' cold, Jezebel-like hearts before more men are dragged down.

You're absolutely right, Brother. The Duggars live in Tontitown, Arkansas, a city of over 2,400 people. If the girls had cried out, surely one of Tontitown's 2,400 residents would have come to rescue them.

I would like to commend the Duggars for the way they handled the situation. They followed Biblical procedure to the letter. Let's look at what they did and see if we can learn from their example. They followed three simple steps.

Step 1

In March 2003, Jim Bob was made aware of yet another incident. Instead of going to the authorities, he consulted his church.

The article reports this in a negative light, but the church is the authority.

1 Cor 6:1-4
1 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?
2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
4 If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.

Remember that we are under the watchful eye of the world. It would be better to endure wrongdoing than to make the church look bad.

1 Cor 6:6-7
6 But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers.
7 Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?

Step 2

"James [aka Jim Bob] said that they disciplined [redacted, Josh] after this incident," according to the report. In March 2003, Jim Bob was made aware of yet another incident . . . . Jim Bob "met with the elders of his church . . .

This is exactly in accordance with Matthew 18.

Mt 18:15-17
15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.

The church's decision is binding. It's as if Jesus Himself has passed judgement.

Mt 18:18-20
18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

In this case, Jesus, acting through the elders of Bob's church, decided that Josh simply needed to enter a Christian treatment program.

Step 3

"I sought forgiveness from those I had wronged and asked Christ to forgive me and come into my life. In my life today, I am so very thankful for God's grace, mercy and redemption."

Mt 5:23-26
23 Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee;
24 Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.

Jas 5:16a Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed.

1 Jn 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

According to the Bible, the onus is on the victim to forgive the transgressor.

Mt 18:21-22
21 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?
22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

If the person granting forgiveness is filled with the Holy Spirit, then that forgiveness is binding.

Jn 20:22-23
22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:
23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

The media are forgetting something very important. Even if Josh Duggar is guilty (and I'm not saying he is), what right do they have to dredge all this up? As far as God is concerned, Josh hasn't done anything wrong. Even though God knows everything, He has Divine Amnesia™ when it comes to Josh's sins.

Heb 8:12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

According to the article, police are powerless to prosecute Josh because the statute of limitations expired in 2006. But according to the Bible, the statute of limitations expired in 33 AD, when Jesus died on the cross for the sins of His people. Jesus has already been punished on Josh's behalf. It would be unfair for society to inflict further punishment on Josh.

It is a crying shame what this satanic media has done to this good man. He has repented and asked for forgiveness and it doesn't matter what those vile sluts think, as long as he is forgiven by Jesus for falling to vile temptresses that should be more than enough.

I do question, though, if the Family Research Council purports to follow the will of Christ, why would they push out a good Christian man who has been forgiven of his sin?
