Well, in my personal opinion, there's the feel of it all which makes us so great. Consider, our God is a singular entity both all-knowing and all-powerful. Basically any power or action is at His discretion, the ramifications and consequences for every such action are apparent to Him both forward and back. Now, this God decides to create a puny, nigh powerless race of mortal creatures in order to serve him. In order to keep things significant, he grants them free-will, or the ability to deny the love He freely gives them. Eventually things progress to the point where there is a very real need for salvation for this creation as they insist on jacking everything up. So God manifests on earth as a babe, born of a simple peasent girl unmarried and virginal. His parents are too poor for proper lodging, so this great momment occurs in an animal barn. Here, the most powerful entity considerable grows up a humble and righteous young boy learning the carpenter's trade. From then on, it was simply more of the same, such restraint, mercy, and wisdom, in such a sick, violent, and irresponsible world. Jesus Christ then suffers the humiliation and pain of public torture and ridicule and is eventually sentanced to a crimal's death on the cross.

Point out to me one other religion on the map anywhere with this sort of richness, and I'll tip my hat to you.

Humanity was never given any power over God, simply the power over our own choices in this life. I suppose we could pray that God would show himself before you directly for judgement, but that would not end well for you friend. As your human form is infused with the corruption of your sinful life, and God does not abide such corruption in his pressence, you wqould be completely and utterly destroyed. Then again, so would we. You'll have to get in line like the rest of us and wait for your time to come for that particular meeting. I implore you to listen and read the Word of God to make that meeting far less awkward that it might otherwise go should you choose to continue living your prefered lifestyle.

To be fair, some of your comments are grossly mislead and uninformed, almost as though these "facts" were fabricated. Surely, and I address this to the highest chain of command here (excl. GOD(?)), you must realize that many outsiders, who are perfectly normal human beings, are so stupified by your "reasoning" that they are in disbelief as to whether forum can be taken seriously.
In short, many find this forum a joke.
I found myself ready to flame this forum, but I can be reasonable, and want to try to help you.

Facts generally are pieces of information that are non-disputeable in any way (ie. Darwinism). Now some religious zealots honestly believe that the Bible is possessed of facts. Truth is, religion is as far away from being factual as possible. It is an example of its polar opposite.
Treating religious quotes and events as fact distorts the truth and misleads the people.

Also, your fierce defending of your ideals in the face of fact brings up one thought: control.
This forum is all about control. Pro-Republican, pro-God, anti-everything but what the Bible says is ok. Ban all who dispute this. Such actions bring up thoughts of facism.

Sin is defined as transgression against the will of God and his ways and expectations.
If there is no God, sin can't exist.
So why did he detail what determined something he couldn't believe existed...

The fact two people can experience the same thing in different ways contradicts Epicurus' words...
