    Re: We have a problem

No one is in the "wrong" body. God put them in the body that they're supposed to be in. If they feel uncomfortable it is because they aren't close enough to Jesus in their walk of life. I suggest they turn their problems over to God and stop whining about their own shortcomings.

Actually, we provide a valuable counterpoint to folks such as yourself:
I didn't preach that. I focused on the New Testament and the words of Jesus, most of which are actually pretty good and filled with compassion and messages of kindness and brotherhood.
Like His return as the destroyer of nations in Revelation? Yes, I feel the compassion.
      Very few of the quotes you give out are from Jesus mouth directly;
      How's this?

      Matthew 5:17-20

17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
in fact, most of them are from the OT books of law which are outdated by any means (let's face it; we don't expect our soldiers in Iraq to go outside camp to take a dump and bury it when they have a toilet.... but it's in the Bible).
But Jesus said that "not one jot or one tittle" shall pass from the law.

I see you're backpedaling. Next, you're going to start telling us that the Bible isn't God's Word, and so you should be able to pick and choose your favorite bits and ignore the rest. Which would put you right about where you were last week.

I suppose that means you can ignore Jesus' words above, saying that the whole Law is to be upheld.
      Bible boring? Nonsense!

I used to think that. Not anymore.
Truth is, yeah, I had a feel-good preacher growing up who skipped over the bad parts of the bible. I didn't really look into them, until now.
Yes, I still think most of what Jesus said was right on; it's the rest of the bible that's full of hatefull garbage.
Also, I wouldn't say I'm an atheist. Gnostic, maybe? Or agnostic? Either way, I don't disbelieve.

Sometimes a good beating and a reading out of scripture is not enough to set a sinful young homosexual on the path of correction. There are times when you have to target the 'problem areas' directly!

So you're a Gnostic now? Agnostic? They're all just stepping stones that lead to outright atheism. In a year you'll probably think that because of the condition the world is in, with all the pain, war, bigotry, hatred and absurdity that there couldn't be ANY force out there that cares or loves us dearly, and you'll be reading Richard Dawkins and thinking Lewis Black is funny.

Actually, I'm leaning toward going to a Unitarian church.
Their basic idea kinda comes down to this: God gave us a brain and a sence of right and wrong; why would he do that and not expect us to use either of them for ourselves?

Perhaps you should have spent a little more time reading Genesis, "Rev". God never gave us a sense of right and wrong!

Genesis 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

God didn't give it to us. Eve stole it! Remember that when you get your monthly curse that it was Eve's fault and we suffer because of her.

1 Timothy 2:13-15 For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

I can tell your 'sence' is working quite well.

So you're implying we don't have any sense? When you're being raped by satan in the pit of fire, you and him can bash us True Christians all you like, but as long as you're on our forums, I think you owe us a little bit of respect.
