    We have a problem

If you haven't noticed, the advertisement system tied to these forums is desultory to the points trying to be made here. While reviewing a thread discussing how to prevent one's child from becoming a Goth, I noticed an add at the top of the page for vampirefreaks.com and at the bottom of the page there was an advertisement for some McNasty athiest site with a big old red pentacle right in the middle.

Whoever's on staff that's aranging for the advertisement support should be whipped immediately until they fix this monumental problem.

As has been pointed out innumerable times, the advertising on this Godly forum is keyed to each individual's posting history and patterns. All I see is advertisements for Pastor's Sunday Sermon Cheat Sheets, Tahitian Holiday Packages and Paddling Implements. I certainly can't answer for where you've been, pal.

Yeah, I've noticed adds that say "Are you gay?" and other stuff like that. I think it's funny.

From what I gather, the advertisements here are directly linked to your internet history and cookies. I am getting advertisements for a bucket a rocks for 5$ to stone goths with. See the difference.

You must have been hanging around the vampire atheist sites again....
Gather around so that I can read to you from my book of TRUTH. Genesis thru Revelations....Pick one!

For some reason I see ads for power tools, cheap loans, and selling prayer cloths on eBay. The power tools one has me stumped, I have to admit.

open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.

I have advertised my businesses on this site with great results. It's no coincidence that HumanOrgansToTheHighestBidder.com has become the #1 online auction site for fresh human transplant parts. "60 Minutes" even tried to do a story about my success until I shot at them.

That must be why I get ads about adult toys, anti-republican stuff, and atheist bumper sticker sites on mine.

Rev. Anne, don't let it worry you. They will get caught eventually. One day we will be sitting around eating dinner and a news brief will come on.... it will say "Largest Baptist Cult Commune ever was busted today for everything illegal under the sun." Then we get to watch as our great military/fbi/atf start a war with them just like at Waco. Only this time it will be justified. These freaks just need wiping out.

Yeah, I can count a great number of things they've bragged about doing that are illegal in many ways. Child abuse, domestic abuse (except that the women here are too dumb to do anything about it), harassment, murder, libel.... I can't count the number of things they've done wrong. Seriously, I can't count the number of children I've had watch spend years in psych treatment because of being raised in an environment as nutty as this.

What we do here is our own business, thank you very much.

Besides, it won't be illegal once our lobbyists overturn the Constitution and replace it with the KJV1611! PRAISE!

Soon we won't have to put up with any more lawsuit nonsense from the families of homosexuals whose testicles we recalibrate or remove.

Nor will we even have to tolerate the existence of Wiccans!

Wait a minute! When Tara was here, you kept bitching and moaning about how aweful it was for her to want to have her testicles removed; why is it evil for her to have her own testies removed but it's okay for you to remove them from others against their will?

Excuse me, Anne, I realize you've had a conversion to Deism or Agnosticism or Atheism after finally reading the Bible, but until a couple of days ago, weren't you a devout Christian?

How is following the crystal-clear dictates of the Bible, which you claim you preached in a church to others, creating a "nutty" environment?

Does that mean that you are guilty of introducing a "nutty", corrupting influence into the minds of your clients and parishioners?

                            Fair enough.
You people focus in on the parts of the Bible that teach hatred and intollerance. The most important parts are the "crime and punishment" parts (espically the punishment bit). It's all about how just about everybody is going to hell and you need to torture them out of it.
I didn't preach that. I focused on the New Testament and the words of Jesus, most of which are actually pretty good and filled with compassion and messages of kindness and brotherhood. Very few of the quotes you give out are from Jesus mouth directly; in fact, most of them are from the OT books of law which are outdated by any means (let's face it; we don't expect our soldiers in Iraq to go outside camp to take a dump and bury it when they have a toilet.... but it's in the Bible).
