Through this text and the same story as related in Mark, Landover has established the doctrine that, as Jesus Himself (being God) has said, that which a man eats does not make him unclean.

This does not nullify any other laws; for example, we do not wear clothes made of blended fabrics, and we do not build houses without parapets.

Jesus is of course willing to forgive all but one sin (I'll bet you know which one too!), on certain conditions. You have to sincerely repent, be willing to change your ways, ask Him to wash your sins clean with His blood, and then follow His rules as laid out in the Holy KJV1611 Bible.
