I confess to breathing a sigh of relief each Sunday morning when Pastor Zeke beings his warning about the End Times. He soars when he goes into details of the rapture, the rewards for the faithful and the misery of sinners. Every week it sounds new and exciting.

This part of his sermon is also the key to growth at Landover Baptist Church. A recent review of growing mega churches found focus on the End Times is the key to success. An example is in Oregon. That State was on the verge of being Godless until a preacher began his crusade to warning sinners about their future. Now his church is huge and continues to grow.

Our best days at Landover Baptist are ahead of us. We are needed to fight sin--people who want to be spared during the End Times come to us.

When Pastor Zeke does it, it's different but when other Churches go on about End Times it seems like a gimmick. Like disaster porn to attract customers. Disaster porn is still porn and engaging in it carries risks, buyer beware.

It is so very sad that many people are ignoring the truth about the rapture; goodness me. And, you are so correct, dear Brother Mayor Hold, in how it is such a rewarding time at , whenever preaches about this upcoming time of glory.

I Thessalonians 4:16-18:
16 For the himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of : and the dead in shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the in the air: and so shall we ever be with the .
18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Time is passing quickly, and nobody should take a chance on missing out on a most important event that is sure to happen soon. For those who reject the truth and then fail to be raptured, it will be a terrible, unthinkable, and extremely regrettable time for them!

Amen to that. I am certain once the rapture comes our entire Church, building included, will go straight to Heaven. I cannot wait until we can see Pastor Zeke preach in Heaven about the end of times with Jesus literally at his side!

When a nation abandons itself to whoredom, God notices and arranges for the fruit of wickedness¹ to amplify His message. He loves us enough to do that, otherwise how would the message be heard at all? So many preachers - priests - vicars - patriarchs - bishops - popes - ministers [it's a pretty long list so I'll stop there] have succumbed to doctrines they made up themselves. Some even worship idols!

God detests these wizened shrines, allowing them to fall from the vine² like desiccated sultanas. For them it's too late; if it rained they'd just start rotting. But now, at this time of revival³ they're closing their doors and being sold off for conversion to nightclubs or even worse⁴ establishments. It's clear how different a world governed⁵ by God's standard is from anything imagined by fallen humanity. Only through Christ—and therefore through Christianity—can that world be reestablished.

And that is happening now, wherever The Gospel is preached. Satan is going through convulsions with parades and protests and every inducement to overturn the work Jesus has begun. Heathen-inspired laws are being challenged. Savages are running amok everywhere. Christians are looking to Jesus and Christian Churches are growing rapidly as God waters the vine, just as He promised all those years ago⁶ so that we, His grapes, can grow.

Social Construct and I are working on an addition to the True Christian Guide To The Great Awokening regarding apocalyptic thinking. Just ask anyone younger than 30 about the future, and they will tell you that it will be a brutal hellscape of climate disasters, nazi gangs, insane cults, charismatic dictators and poor fashion choices. Basically the Book Of Revelation, and more so if they are on drugs.

Unfortunately, Social Construct insists on having it read by a representative of every historically oppressed group to check for words that might give possible offense. Right now he's trying to get an Armenian lesbian to review it, but all she can do is talk about recipes.

So true, Dr. Toole. Other preachers use End Times to scare people into filling the collection plate, to increase tithes.

When Pastor Zeke leans into it, you know, you can feel, the end is near.

Could false religions appear to grow, perhaps by forced conversions or brainwashing, for just that reason? So that extra people will be available for torment because more people will be left behind? Satan would not apply that principle to so-called churches where made-up facts are taught as truths because even there there'd be Bibles available (presumably) which someone could read and learn about the need for Christ. So those places are withering away.

For example, new-age crystal energies are thoroughly promoted—if you ask them how many ergs in their piece of quartz they can't answer of course—as are crystal balls, divining rods, ley lines, burying oneself in a pit under the roots of trees (to hear the tree's voice after a day or two) and so on. This is not the same as a hindoo trance or whatever happens during self flagellation with hooks, since mostly the dogma is 21st century mumbojumbo. All of it opposes Christ and all crystal aficionados deny The End Times. Their clan may be growing and even if the accoutrements are sold at Episcopalian fêtes they have no more to do with God than opus dei, flagellants extraordinaire.

Satan is happy for such cults to grow because the deeper they dive in, the less likely they are to understand Jesus. This is further evidence that only Churches preaching The End Times are growing.

Brilliant question, Sister Handy. Judge Barrett has finished her obligation to stop abortions and now needs to focus on her own salvation. We here at Landover Baptist have been preaching the evils of Popes and Catholics for many decades. Now we are seeing our influence on the general public. We are growing; Catholic numbers are falling. Praise Jesus.

Now is not the time to be complacent, however. We need to ramp up our message and save souls like Amy Coney Barrett before she is lost forever.
