What's wrong with you, boy, did someone take a baseball bat to your head when you were growing up? We don't serve people here, we serve the Lord.

Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons.... Acts 10:34

    So why should we be?

All things can be said in a way that is empowering and loving.
As Jesus said in Matthew 23:33:

Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?

    And have a nice day.

When your intent is to love and serve others and what you say comes from your heart, you will assist people in growing.
Here's what Jesus had to say about your sissy version of Christianity:

Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. Matthew 10:34

There is always a higher truth, a way to say things that leave other people feeling good about who they are.
He that rebuketh a man afterwards shall find more favour than he that flattereth with the tongue. Proverbs 28:23

If you need to correct people's behaviors and give them feedback about how they can do better, learn to do it in a way that serves them and with the intent to make them feel good about who they are.
Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith. Titus 1:13

Why are you so insistent that we make sinners feel good about being sinners?

Pour out thy fury upon the heathen that know thee not, and upon the families that call not on thy name.... Jeremiah 10:25
