There's one small problem with your reasoning. You're just totally making it up that the Bible isn't true. Meanwhile there is stacks of evidence that the Bible is God's word.

2 Peter 1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

When are you just going to open your mind to the fact that you are simply wrong and making things up as you go along to shore up your prejudices and lend them some authority (just by shouting). Even a quite annoying atheist thinks you are a hateful boor.

You're not exactly doing the cause of atheists not being hateful noisy idiots any favours here. They're bound to quote the bible at you; it's what they do.

Another "science" of interest to Mr Reject might be archæology - I can't be bothered to track back to his actual post but the point is brought up fairly very frequently by hoi polloi (great unwashed sub-class/genus unchurched/sp. illiterati): if The Bible was so poorly transmitted how come all ancient fragments are the same?

For example a fragment of Job is easily identifiable as Job because it is the same as the Job we have!

In II Kings 21 the Israelites have been acting up like regugnant and abominable filth as usual, until someone discovers The Book Of The Law and reads it. The written record was accurate and it is exactly the same as the Deuteronomical record we have today. What happened next? Here is II Kings 22. When people start making things up, worshipping sacred poles & temple rent-boys, conducting séances and marrying foreigners, they are choosing death. It was the written word THEN that corrected them and it is the same perfectly preserved written Word Of God that protects us from error and certain destruction NOW. Our God is the God of life.

Judging from the contents of your posts, I doubt you know anything about the Bible, nor it seems, science. THOUSAND YEAR OLD BOOK indeed. You are off by a few millennia as verified by science itself.

I know, eh? The Skeptics Annotated Bible even has clear sections laying out the hundreds of Biblical contradictions, all cross referenced for your easy perusal.
