If God is everywhere, why do so few people find Him?

    I am curious to know?

Willful ignorance, excessive pride, hardened hearts.

    Should not be too big a surprise . . . . .

Jud 1:15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are unGodly among them of all their unGodly deeds which they have unGodly committed, and of all their hard [speeches] which unGodly sinners have spoken against him.

Because people are ignorant to His word, even though it is all around us. In the end, it is their choice to be awful sinners. All we can do is show them His word, and whether they choose to go forward with it is up to them. But we must let them know of their grave sins.

People who don't know the word should be sent here to have a lesson on life.

I been here for only a couple of hours and I feel like I am starting to turn around.

            Praise Him

Re: If God is everywhere, why do so few people find Him?

Look at it this way. Color is everywhere, right?

Now 99% of the world is blind. They cannot see. So how are they going to see color? Even if color is everywhere, their handicap prevents them from seeing it.

This is the state of the world today. 99% of people cannot experience the true Yahweh (God) of the Old Testament and the true Jesus Christ. They are blinded. They are handicapped by society, their prejudices, by Satan, by many things.

We True Christians(tm) are the 1% trying to cure the blindness of the unsaved. Does that make sense?

Is that a metaphor, Pastor Ezekiel, as much of the bible is written in metaphors?

Many people have their short hairs shaven lately, so I don't understand where satan has them really.

You know, it may of started during the Carter administration, back in olden tymes.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

I would say the reason is that tools most people use to read the Bible are:

They say goodbye to the inconvenient Old Testament and would rather believe in a corrupted Bible that does not say it is wrong to have sex with your dog.
I take my orders from Jesus H. Christ, supernatural born US citizen

Be wary of false Kumbaya Christians who use a highlighter and scissors to read the Bible. God wants us to read the lines, not between the lines. False Christians will go to Hell:
                        Matthew 7:22
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Asking a Christian to prove God exists is like asking him to prove his phone rings because yours doesn't. Make that call yourself! Dial 0800-get-on-your-knees-and-pray.

Of course, God doesn't want everyone to accept Jesus and be Saved. God wants most people to go to Hell, as the Bible clearly explains:

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. Romans 8:14

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will.... Ephesians 1:3-5

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Matthew 7:13-14

I hope you're someone God chose for Heaven and not for Hell.
