    The Mission Field

Hey Landover Baptists! As I said in my introduction post, I'm a missionary spreading the Word of Christ! I LOVE doing it and I'm super pumped to rock Jesus' name all over the world!

Of course, this means I have to go to dreadful, sinful places like Austrailia and Mexico, but I do it in the name of CHRIST OUR FATHER! I'm pumped to spread the message.

Anyway, I'm just curious if there are any other posters on this board in the mission field. That is, other than the mission field that is our every day lives!

PRAISE HIS NAME FOR HE IS HOLY!

Of course! Recently this past summer I flew down to Uganda to do hold one of my Miracle FaithFests(tm). Check out all the pictures from my trip. It was a very spiritually fulfilling mission!

I spent two summers in Chile when I was in high school. IT WAS SO AWESOME. The past year I have been in Caracas, ministering there. Right now I am back in the states (hometown, Minneapolis! Represent!) and looking for a real church home. My other past churches weren't that supportive of my mission work and I'm trying to find a home that lines up with me (WHICH LANDOVER DOES!!! WOOT WOOT!) and what I want to accomplish in the field.

          Dear Bleeder:
The Missionary position is a face-to-face relationship with others.
I find that mounting the un-saved vigorously--and thrusting the point of the Word (slowly at first)--then when things get hotter ,
let the motion of Salvation flow freely in rhythm with your intended recipient.

I would avoid novice mexicano missionating , till get get ya feet wet (so to speak). The Chile's missionating will give the squats.
I suggest practicing on the un-saved hill trash folks near Branson, Missouri (good Christian entertainment capitol) and then work ya way towards them toothless Okies. The Okies mostly sit around listing for tornado sirens ,eating calf fries, and wundering why Texans look down on them. They are ripe for putting the missionary positions into vigorous practice.

EXCELLENT advice. Nothing pumps me up more than laying an unsaved heart on their back and letting the Word of God penetrate their soul. SO SATISFYING!

We did have our major Mission to Australia a while back. Many Australiens were turned away from their drunken criminal lifestyles and are now assured of places in Heaven (but we'll still keep an eye on the silver).
Thanks to the downturn in the economy caused entirely by the Democrats, we almost had to do our next major mission in Canada, but were thankfully able to cancel that.
We don't have any major missions right now, but we are able to send our pastors and deacons to short missions (two weeks to a month) to pits of depravity like St. Martins, Costa Rica, and the Bahamas.

                SO COOL!

I have long considered a mission trip to St. Kits, but I haven't been able to put it together. I really look forward to it. That place is in need of so much help. I just want to bring the love of Christ there.

Very cool that you want to do missionary work Bleeding. I am currently a missionary student at the University of Houston. It is hard work with some many liberal professors these days.
