RICHMOND — State Delegate Bob Marshall of Manassas says disabled children are God's punishment to women who have aborted their first pregnancy.

He made that statement Thursday at a press conference to oppose state funding for Planned Parenthood."The number of children who are born subsequent to a first abortion with handicaps has increased dramatically. Why? Because when you abort the first born of any, nature takes its vengeance on the subsequent children," said Marshall, a Republican.
"In the Old Testament, the first born of every being, animal and man, was dedicated to the Lord. There's a special punishment Christians would suggest."
Marshall was among more than 20 people, mostly Christian pastors and clergy, who gathered for the press conference in the General Assembly Building.

I know that I'm going against the grain here, but I believe Trig was punishment for her Usurping a mans position. As a woman her position is in the kitchen raising god fearing children.

If she had stayed home maybe Bristol wouldn't of become a whore and Trig would of been born blessed.

Don't be silly, Luci. This argumentation is faulty on several points:

1. Why punish the children for something their parents did? How is this in any way ethical?
2. This way, your god has two healthy children in case when there is no abortion, none when he punishes the parents, and one when he doesn't do anything. Your god seems to be pretty shortsighted, as he shoots in his own foot with his actions.
3. Disabled kids are precious human beings. People of The Craft know that they are capable of just as much love and compassion than "normal" people are.

Don't ever rebut Brother Cranky. He was speaking to you in your own secular tongue, which is an imperfect vehicle, at best, for communicating God's glory. There is ONE and only ONE standard of righteousness, and that's God's standard, as laid out in the KJV1611.

P.S. God tells us that "the glory of children are their fathers" (Proverbs 17:6), and conversely, we must "Suffer the little children" (Matthew 19:4) when there is reason to do so. What more proof do you need that God, in His wisdom, holds children personally liable for their parent's actions? which strikes me as entirely reasonable. The retard Trig is a case in point.

Maybe God gave Mrs. Palin a retarded child to teach us a lesson. I'm always looking for signs from God. Executive Palin is so fiercely intelligent that not even retardation can hold baby Trig down. Even in his retarded toddler-like state Jesus loves Trig over the Wiccans, or any other heathen religion. Trig will receive every benefit of heaven, and has a lot more sense than a damn catholic or the like.

Tsk, tsk, Brother Larry. You are missing a point.
"Righteousness" is just a word. You apply it to biblical law, but I apply it to another moral code. What makes you wrong and me right? Righteousness means different things to different people. To you it may mean spiritually oppressing your flock until they have lost all original thought. To me it means being kind and loving towards one another.

Btw, why does my warning expire after the Rapture happens? Am I not supposed to be dead by then?
