        This article just talks about the President having butt-lumps removed.
        How you came to the conclusion this meant he was resigining is beyond me.

                It's said that you can tell a man by his enemies, and Cheney has obviously made many enemies among the demon-crazed America-haters. In fact, the liberal Eurotrash media are trying to sic unelected activist judges on him.
