Father O'Sham--I noted something interesting on the site, dublindiocese.ie. Under the heading, "Intercessionary Prayer", there are suggested prayers. I looked for a suggested prayer that would say something like, "We pray that Priest abusers will be arrested and sent to jail."

There is no such prayer suggested. Is is against your church law to pray that priest abusers be jailed??

Just wondering.

Is Landover aware that the Catholic Church is re-instating those kid-fiddling 'priests' who have been charged with abuse? They are letting them in again through the back door, in more ways than one. More than a dozen clergy who have been accused, arrested or sued for abuse have returned to ministry. The diocese says nothing about the charges against a 'priest' when it returns him to ministry. It is a safe haven for pedophiles all over the world.

The history of Catholicism is riddled with corruption, fraud, hypocrisy. We now add juvenile rape to this horror catalog of infamy masquerading as Christianity. They continue to wash their semen stains in public. The Catholic Church's reputation could be no worse if Satan himself conducted Easter mass in St. Peter's square with a choirboy on the end of his penis.

The authorities worldwide should treat these heinous offenses with the maximum severity which the law will permit. It would be no pleasure for me to break the demons out of their skulls with blunt steel, but I would do so without question in the name of CHRIST the Merciful.
