Sexual orientation's not as simple as genetic, you are born with it, but there are a number of factors including genetics, behavioural development, neurology and prenatal hormones. However, none of these are later life things, and as such there is no real way to modify one's sexual orientation. There seems to have been some success with conversion therapy, however, the American Psychological Association strongly recommends against its use and there is evidence to suggest that it may be traumatic more often than beneficial.

So basically there is no way to change sexual orientation. If you wish for your sexuality to not clash with your religion than your best bet is to become celibate.
