If you bow down to them and say ritualistic incantations (the rosary), than yes. In fact, that's what many easterners do. It's called ancestor worship. God forbids it.

Miss Lisa I have know idea, they act like Mary was the ONLY woman ever to give birth. What confuses me is if the love her so darn much why would the Pope have urinals made that look like her? It makes me wounder do the have toilets that look like Sweet Jesus?

Why would you kiss a photograph? I don't think I've ever seen one person in my entire life kiss the photograph of a dead relative.

theres more to a photograph than a piece of paper

you have never seen anywhere, including a movie, a little girl kiss or hug a photograph of her dead mother before she goes to bed?

or heard of a person saving their photo albums from a house fire.

they indeed are not saving the paper within the album, but cherished memories of that person. When someones kisses or hugs a photo, they are remembering and honour that person dearest to them, not simply kissing a piece of paper.

Common sense?
