It just goes to show you what happens to a person who has no moral compass. I remember before I was saved, I would lie to anybody to get what I wanted. Before Jesus showed me the Truth, I lied my way into my first flying job. Faking a log book is actually REALLY easy. Then, I made up references from companies that didn't exist, and PRESTO! I was suddenly a commercial pilot with years of experience!

Then, after one of the other pilots I was working with crashed one of the company planes, the owners started checking all the references of the new employees. Just like the typical God-mocker that I was, I just quit and left without talking to anybody. I'm not sure, but I think they might have filed fraud charges.

That was years ago, and now that I'm Saved I would never claim to be something I'm not. And as a True Christian™, I would assume that any pending charges against me would be taken care of by the Lord or the Jew lawyers here at Landover AirJesus! Praise!

What do those people hope to achieve by lying on the Internet about who they are? If a man pretends to be a woman, it'll be game over as soon as "she" meets "her" date at the coffee shop. Similarly, an atheist who pretends to be a True Christian™ (or, even worse, a pastor) will be found out pretty quickly when he can't quote the Bible correctly.

What I really don't understand is why a man would pretend to be a woman (or the other way around) on the internet. I'll admit, sometimes I've wondered what life would be like for me if God had decided to make me a man instead of a woman (I promptly adjourn to the prayer closet when I get these thoughts, because I don't want God to think I'm second-guessing Him in any way), but I know my role in life is to become a help-meet for my future husband and provide babies for Jesus, and I can't imagine why a woman would ever fantasize otherwise or wish for anything more.

Personally, I think lying on the internet about your gender is just the first step on the slippery slope down to trannydom.

See, if you pretend you're a girl when you're really a guy, it means you're a gay, because girls do it with guys. So if you pretend you're a girl, it means you want to do it with guys, which make you gay! Unless you pretend you're a lesbo, but then you're still a gay, just a lesbo gay.

You have to remember that the people who do these sorts of things are not actually Christian! There is nothing more to it than this, in my opinion. We shouldn't be surprised when vile heathen scum act in depraved manners.

I remember once discussing the death penalty and its effectiveness as a deterrent. Good people can't imagine why criminals aren't deterred from similar crime, even when one of their number gets executed. We can't understand why anyone would risk their own death so easily. The simple answer is that criminals don't plan on getting caught! They don't recognize the consequence of being executed as anything but an abstraction, with respect to themselves. They are blind! (By the way, there is no argument that capital punishment deters at least one villain! )

Similarly, we True Christians cannot fathom why the majority of atheists do not just fall down on bended knee before God, begging forgiveness, desperate to avoid eternity in Hell. It's the same reason! Atheists simply do not recognize there are any spiritual consequences for their actions! They have no capacity to connect with anything beyond their own senses. They are blind!

True words, Pastor. But I think some out there might believe that Satan loves to quote the scriptures for his own ends. While we know that is true, we will know the True Christians(tm) from the false ones by what parts of the Word the Holy Spirit whispers in our ears to be true.

That is an excellent measure of a person's truthfulness, by how much they listen for Jesus' voice.
