Pagan religons have existed for ages. Cavemen depicted Gods and Goddesses on their cave walls. Egyptions believed in many gods. Same with Native Americans, and many of the native people. Christianity formed about two thousand years ago, when Pagan beliefs have existed so much longer. Wicca is just another branch of Paganism.

I don't think I'm going to agree with these people very often, but the racist and plutocratic oligarchs who wrote the U.S. Constitution to protect their interests did insert various provisions under which murder as a general matter is not a Federal matter. States' rights are an outmoded and oppressive policy, as is the denial of home rule to the District of Columbia.

It's only a federal matter if the murderer fleas the state.
