As for the lies after that part: if you can find a single instance where a True Christian(tm) has either misquoted or given a personal interpretation of Scripture, I will send $1,000 to the Jesus-hating charity of your choosing.

Remember: direct quotes from the Bible don't count.

    You have 2 hours.

If your prayers weren't answered you were doing it wrong. Thank you for being honest about the erroneous thought process that led you to hate God and imagine Him to be an ineffective waste of time, imagined only by the most desperate of people to ever be an answer to your problems.

This thought process will lead you straight to Hell. Meanwhile we will be listening to you scream and laughing with Jesus.

I used to be a Christian like you, but then I took logic to the brain

You cult followers believe god wants you to block out logic and common sense and that is why you are incapable of seeing how stupid you all sound
Denying the existence of God is not unbelief but an exercise in self-deception. You may know things, but you cannot account for anything you know. Arguing against God's existence would be on par with arguing against the existence of air, breathing it all the while. You use the universal, immaterial, unchanging laws of logic, mathematics, science, and absolute morality in order to come to rational decisions, but you cannot account for them. These laws are not the only way God has revealed himself to you, but they are sufficient to show the irrationality of your thinking, and expose your guilt for denying Him.

There is a reason that you deny the existence of God and it has nothing to do with proof. I can show this to you. Do you think that you can continue to deny God because surely somewhere, sometime, a philosopher or scientist will come up with an explanation for universal, immaterial, unchanging laws apart from God?' Did you ever try to come up with an alternate explanation on your own?

Hoping that an alternate explanation for universal, immaterial, unchanging laws can someday be found apart from God, is a blind leap of faith, or wishful thinking. Isn't it interesting that this is exactly what professed unbelievers accuse Christians of?

Please examine the real reason why you are running from God. It is my prayer that God will open your eyes and change your heart so that you may be saved from your sin, embraced by His ferocious love, and that you will tithe robustly immediately using the Paypal button at the bottom of this page.

We believe in actually doing things ourselves instead of praying to a magical guy on a cloud to do it for us, therefore we are on average far more productive than Christians
Oh, really, you prove every law for yourself, instead of believing authorities? When was the last time you have experimented yourself to see the effects of spilling HCl on your skin? Or do you believe an authority that tells you that it would be dangerous?

We do not kill each other over which scientific theory we believe is correct, as opposed to religious people
You do realize, though, that many people have been tortured/injured/killed in the name of science, right? And we don't have to look all the way to Nazis' Germany for that - look up on the internet the Tuskagee syphilis experiment (1930's-1970's). There is also the much more recent case of Dr. Quinn's study of people with AIDS in Uganda (1999), when patients with AIDS were given no treatment and their spouses were not informed about the disease - in order to see how quickly the diseases spreads from partner to partner (see http://www.nytimes.com/2000/03/30/us...infection.html).

We do not like the idea of following an outdated holly text that tells us logical thinking is bad
... except when you get so used to your favorite model, that you decide to ignore the evidence that points to the contrary. There are plenty of examples, first that comes to my mind - I know a person who has lost ten years of his academic career pursuing a model in astronomy that has never been very popular, and has been finally totally disproved (it was M. Milgrom's model of modified Newtonian dynamics).

When we are injured we turn to our science to help us instead of praying that god will stop the bleeding or dig the bullet out of our guts or fix our compound fractures
Except when your MDs shake their heads with disbelief, because a patient who was terminally ill has recovered - which they say, was impossible according to science.

    Baptists are lonely
Really? Then why are you outnumbered here on this website?

and afraid and end up turning to god to be their salvation
No. A true believer is not afraid (Psalm 118:6).

They enjoy the idea of having an eternal friend and not having nothing happen when they die
God is not a "friend." He is GOD. I'm not sure what do you mean by the second part of your sentence because I got lost due to double negative.

They eventually get so wrapped up in Baptism that they begin to accept the bible as fact, regardless of how obviously stupid it sounds
Any person claiming to be Christian has to follow the Bible, there is no other choice.

They will then put up a logic barrier that blocks all rational thoughts from entering their brains
Not really - I've seen a lot of rational thinking on this website. The only difference is that we think within another paradigm: you follow the ungodly scientific paradigm, we - the Godly religious paradigm.

In some cases they will sickeningly program their children with the Nazi teachings of this cult, brainwash them and stoping any traces of reality or intelligent thought from entering their minds, and punish them for having any opinions other than the opinions of the Baptist cult
Replace "Baptist" with "Democrat/leftist/environmentalist" and it will make perfect sense

Sometimes they will see posts like this and get so angry they they attempt to prove the Bible right by making up bullshit lies that make no sense
Who's getting angry and making stuff up?

they know deep down that their bible sounds crazy and they have no evidence to support the bible so they attempt to defend it with made up crap, only to make themselves look stupid
The only thing that I "know deep down" is that you're on a straight way to hell!
