No, it makes more sense that Jesus snapped His holy fingers and the clay formed into the shape of a man. Then He blew into it and it transformed into a fully functioning biological entity. Evilution is certainly within the power and ability of Jesus, but He has told us in the KJV 1611 that He did things more efficiently.
