The Days of Noah Are Here

Lk 17:26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.

    Sign 1

Another prophecy is being fulfilled. In the days of Noah, people lived to be almost a thousand years old (Gen 5). According to an article in the Daily Mail, the first person to reach 150 is already alive, and soon people will live to be a thousand.

But the first person who will live to see their 150th birthday has already been born, according to a leading scientist.
Even more incredibly, Aubrey De Grey believes that the first person to live for 1,000 years will be born in the next two decades.
Surely this is another sign of the Lord's imminent return. Yet this news has me both excited and disappointed. We know that Jesus is coming quickly, and has been for the last 2,000 years (Rev 22:12). Does this mean we have to wait 900-odd more years for people to get as old as they did in Noah's day? Or like Enoch (Gen 5:24), will we be raptured at a relatively early age?

    Sign 2

The Daily Mail also claims that multiple births (twins, triplets, quadruplets, etc) are on the rise.

Multiple births 'rise 7 per cent in a decade' as birth rate hits 40-year high. There were 15.7 multiple births per 1,000 women in 2010.
We know that Noah's sons were triplets (all born when he was 500), a phenomenon recorded at no other time in the Bible.

Gen 5:32 And Noah was five hundred years old: and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

This is yet another sign that we are living in times like the days of Noah. Come, Lord Jesus, come quickly!
sigpicMt 21:42, 44 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes . . . ? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

Brother Pendergast, that is powerful. It's further evidence of what all of us at Landover Baptist Church have been seeing, the end is near.

We who are going with Jesus need to get ourselves ready. Those who will remain behind, good bye.

So is your church building an arc? If so can I book a cabin please? Normally I would think all this stuff was all nonsense but it's done nothing but rain here in the UK for months.

If you only knew, Mr. Snarky Greystubble, what it takes to be a sin free True Christian™, you would never write such a thing, even in jest.

You are a fool. There won't be another flood ever. God said so.

Gen 9:15 "And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh."
Matt 5:17-20 "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven:..."

That is a relief. It should stop raining here soon then.

              Luke 21:25-26

              25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

Staying at home and praying is always the best option, sister. If you watch a movie, you will most likely be corrupted by the world. It would look better if Jesus finds you praying when He returns.
