This morning I attended my graduation and must now look forward to the future. I was going attending Liberty University, but certain life events have transpired that would dictate that I should stay in the Des Moines area. I'm not going to be like my deadbeat dad. I know you have that small campus in Freehold and was wondering about admissions. I'd rather not go to ISU which I was also accepted to.

How does one get in LBU?
How much is tuition?
What is the instructor to student ratio?
How many students attend LBU?
Is there any testing involved in admission?
What is the a minimum GPA and SAT/ACT scores?

How does one get in LBU? By proving to GOD that they deserve to, you may want to write an introductory bio and send it with a love gift to get HIS attention.

How much is tuition? This is on a sliding scale, it starts out high and gets higher.

What is the instructor to student ratio? This is private information, but Jesus will be with you at all times.

How many students attend LBU? This is private information, but Jesus will be with you at all times.

Is there any testing involved in admission? We will run a credit check and income verification on your family.

What is the a minimum GPA and SAT/ACT scores? We get about 12 miles per gallon in town and 15 on the highway. School is not in session on Saturdays, but you will be required to ACT like a good Christian at all times.

What degrees do you offer? Mostly homemaking for girls and leadership for boys, but Jesus might write a custom degree plan for you once HE gets acquainted with your learning style.

What makes you think that LBU follows secular things like the SAT and the ACT? It's well known that scores on those tests have an inverse correlation with faith, so the only possible explanation is that they were written with a built-in bias so that they would function as a form of affirmative action for atheists.

What high school did YOU graduate from? I had higher expectations from you due to your previous posts. Maybe you should stick around and take English lessons for summer school. The LBCU only accepts students who have passed their previous grades; they're not interested in doing remedial work to fix the lax schooling of your previous teachers.

The point of language and writing is to convey messages. Anything beyond that is frivolous. You clearly understood what I was conveying. So as our great president would say, "Mission Accomplished".

School is pointless beyond 2nd grade. All one needs is basic math, reading and writing. It's a shame with need pieces of paper to get a decent paying job these days. I can see if you wanted to be a chemist you'd learn chemistry or if you wanted to be a engineer you'd go beyond basic math, but the vast majority of adult forget everything they learn because it's useless information.

That's just not fair.
