Yes, but that fetus, unlike a rock or a dog, has the potential for awareness. We don't feel bad for a rock because that's all it is. We might feel a little bad for putting a dog to sleep, but we don't take people to court for it. If someone is terminally ill and in a coma (unaware) but they have the potential to recover, in fact they will recover in only a matter of months, could you pull the plug?
