UTAH: Bill modified by homosexual state senator encourages sodomy.
Unapologetically gay Democrat State Senator Scott McCoy has modified legislation that, ironically, was intended to increase punishments for sex crimes in Utah to make it easier for some to participate in certain sex crimes.
WARNING: I’ll tread lightly and try to be clear without being too graphic, but some may be offended by the very nature of the unnatural acts being described in the Utah Legislature.
It’s pretty clear to those of us on the moral right why Mr. McCoy needs this change in legislation, but what some may not realize is that this opens up the floodgates of perversion to not only homosexuals, but straight couples as well. Sodomy is often misunderstood to only include a man having sexual intercourse with the excretory orifice located between the cheeks of another mans buttocks, but it can mean the same thing with a woman. Besides this disturbing act, it can also include the insertion of ones genitals into another persons mouth.
To add insult to injury, I don’t believe there to be any unique law for any combination of these acts, I think it all falls under the category of “sodomy”. For example, if one were to insert his aroused genitalia into another man’s anus and then withdraw it and immediately insert it into the awaiting mouth of third partner (male or female), I believe this will still only constitute a single charge of sodomy under the current law, perhaps two counts of sodomy, but nothing more.
I find the very nature of this discussion in the Utah Senate to be very inappropriate, but it does illustrate the need to keep this law on the books. I can’t imagine the frustration a police officer would have to endure if he were to witness such depravity and not be able to somehow insert his authority and handcuff the participants.
State Rep Carl Wimmer, the original sponsor of the bill had this to say about the issue, “I personally have a problem with sodomy…” One of my local heroes, Senator Chris Buttars feels that this will only serve to encourage people to engage in Sodomy. I couldn’t agree more with Mr. Buttars, if there is no law in place to keep people from sodomizing each other, what possible reason could they have to not engage in this type of perversion?
I’m sure we’ll be hearing a lot more about this in the news, I plan to use the remainder of the day to do further research on Sodomy in its various forms.
