The terrorist dictator of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, addressed the United Nations with an anti-United States hate speech, calling us a "Yankee Empire" and the Godly President Bush "the Devil." This comes as no surprise to someone whom has allied themselves with the likes of Cuba, Syria and Iran all in a bundle. We might as well add Satan to the official list of Venezuela's diplomatic ties.
