I don't think he's gone insane simply because he wants to protect europe; I'm sure there's a good reason for it. And $125 billion sounds like a steal. Better spending it on weapons than welfare mooches.

A TC on another thread - it might have even been you, but I'm not sure - actually admitted that he believed we were over there to take the oil because God wanted the US to have it and the Iraqi's wouldn't willingly give it up. I don't beleive that God necessarily wants us to take it, but Shrubya obviously does.
