I know that I was at first for the Draft Cheney movement, and then I switched to support Sen. Brownback. But I think that now I'll have to take a serious look at Rep. Tancredo!

Tancredo: Threats on Islam sites could deter terrorists

Washington - Republican presidential hopeful Tom Tancredo says the best way he can think of to deter a nuclear terrorist attack on the U.S. is to threaten to retaliate by bombing Islamic holy sites.

The Colorado congressman on Tuesday told about 30 people at a town-hall meeting in Osceola, Iowa, that he believes such a terrorist attack could be imminent and that the U.S. needs to hurry up and think of a way to stop it.

"If it is up to me, we are going to explain that an attack on this homeland of that nature would be followed by an attack on the holy sites in Mecca and Medina," Tancredo said at the Family Table restaurant. "Because that's the only thing I can think of that might deter somebody from doing what they otherwise might do."

Mecca and Medina, in Saudi Arabia, are Islam's holiest cities.

Amen! But why wait fo' them to attack us first? I doesn't know much about these military thangs, but I think we needta pull one o' them pre-empty strikes against them. When the k-bob and the mecca that they worships is destroyed, then they would see that Allah be a FALSE god and they be ripe fo' comin' ta Christ!

Excellent point, Sister. When they see that our God is God, they may not be too happy at first, but the ones who come to their senses and convert from mooselimbism to Christianity will thank us when we see them again in Heaven.

Oh, "giant squid" is what you are calling the hookers in Christchurch now? BTW, when we take over, and it won't be long, I may well be the chief pastor of that country and I will most certainly rename that city!

I must admit I hadn't thought of having giant squid as hookers,but they could be quite useful.
