That would never work as the demonocrats would have us paying for the punishment as a ''medical procedure'' administered by a therapist and will add it to their socialized medicine program.
Then drop the budget for the federal penal system and declare ''criminal'' a medical condition that has to be treated not incarcerated. Our society as we know it will fail!
GW Bush, if you have any pull in Texas get the GOP dealing with this now.We may be looking at the beginning of the end!

It's been high time for that friend since Obama was elected in 2006. Now it looks like the Black racists are about to attack.

Speaking as a TRUE Christian I find racism utterly incomprehensible. Why someone would go around dressed in some archaic costume using obscure rituals just to terrorize someone based on the color of their skin is beyond me. But I guess I will never understand the mind of an African American.
