It seems to me plans for the mosque can be canceled now. There is no need for two churches. It would be better not to swamp that small area with churches.

The "mosque people" can attend the Christian church.

So exactly why are we supposed to be in an outrage about this (according to the article)? Was it Christians that slammed two planes into the WTC? Was it Christians who called the hijackers heroes? Are atheists really so stupid that they don't understand the difference?

I wish there still was a decent man mayor of that hellhole. Take this Giuliani fellow, when you ask him about his favorite football team he doesn't beat around the bush, he answers 9/11 *. None of the religious tolerance nonsense.

I must stress caution when citing Giuliani. He is a known Catholic (!) and he is also an open and notorious adulterer. (and for those of you who thought Catholics frowned on adultery, here is your proof that it is actually as a Sacrament unto them!)

While he might be tough on terrorism, it must be realized that he is an inveterate, unrepentant, and brazen poonhound. He must never be allowed unsupervised around impressionable children, and never, ever, ever is he to be allowed to be alone with a married or single woman.

I know this is shocking to contemplate, but Rudy might be a 'closet' fundamentalist Mormon. He is doing polygamy on the installment plan, and it must be pointed out this strongly suggests a firm commitment to the heresies of the False Prophet Joseph Smith!!
