I don't want to brag, but I do think the work of the Iowa Mayor's Association had a big impact.

We financed a lot of TV ads pointing out that, unless we get some new judges, our cities and the entire State of Iowa will be inundated by homers. People are scared.

      The results speak for themselves.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

        Re: Freehold Post-Election Bash

Like the rest of you, I'm mostly delighted by the way this election turned out, though still a little upset that the Dems managed to steal enough votes to retain control of the Senate. That means we're going to have to pay "independent" Lieberman even more to switch sides whenever there's a vote. The little greedy Jewboy is now demanding that we pay him in gold, since he knows that dollars will soon be worthless as we keep printing money to bail out my company.

Needless to say, things will only get better when we appoint Sarah Palin as president in 2012. In fact, we're hoping to impeach Obama and make Biden "disappear," so we can bring Sarah in even sooner.

Just want to let you all know that it should be smoothing sailing this coming January, when we repeal Obamacare, Medicare and Social Security all at the same time. In theory that would enable us to have a balanced budget, but once we throw in more tax cuts and subsidies for corporation, I'm afraid we'll see an even bigger increase in the national debt. Well, no matter, other countries have been through this and survived just fine. Weimar Germany, for example - look at how well that turned out! So really, there is nothing to worry about.

For the convenience of folks without insurance, my company is putting up a web site featuring Sue Lowden's formula to calculate health care costs:

Actually, since we're going to downsize government and completely demonetize the USA over the next few years, people might want to get even more familiar with the time-tested barter system. Aside from chickens, sacks of potatoes or bags of salt could come in handy. We can learn much from small-government countries in the "developing" world:

Bartering in Somalia, where small government "just works"

As in Somalia, guns and ammo are prized items. Though you can barter with these, it's better to save them and keep a large supply on hand at all times.

As I'm sure the rest of you will agree, America is certainly headed in the right direction. There is indeed much to celebrate, so party on! And don't forget to buy some more stocks - not since the days of Enron have I seen such a great opportunity for shareholders.

I'm very pleased with the way things are going in America - especially since I live in Hong Kong.

          Um......

Brother, regarding those chickens, should they be alive? Or already butchered. Also are we talking laying hens, meat birds, or what here?

In the Third World, electricity supply is spotty at best. That point was driven home when Enron was supplying electricity to California in 2000-2001. The great job done by Enron is just a foretaste of things to come.

            America's energy future

May I suggest you bring the live chickens to the doctor's office, along with a butcher knife. You might want to execute a few chickens right there in the waiting room - that way the doctor will know that they're fresh.

Note that chickens aren't the only option. A good turkey is worth 3 chickens, so consider that alternative as they will be easier to transport.

Just outside the Wasilla Health Clinic

If you don't have chickens, turkeys or other things to barter, consider a gallon jug of moonshine, snake oil and faith healing. Americans can learn so much from their pioneer ancestors - and learn it they will.

Praise JESUS brother! This is good news, for once we get a Republican back in the Oval Office, I will control all regional politics from my little gun shop, which will be guarded closer than Fort Knox!

Business is always better with the GOP!

                Hey gentlemen,

Sorry I didn't get back to you so soon. I've been in bed all day trying to sleep off the headache and nausea. Wow, what a night. I'm glad Rev. Rod and Bobby-Joe had a fantastic time. Those girls wrapped themselves around every word of your preaching last night. There's really nothing greater than some Christian brothers joined together for fellowship and celebration, and having young attentive women there for your every need.

Now if you'll excuse me, I gotta get back to bed. I don't feel so hot.
