You know, the more I've been looking into Ron Paul, the more appealing he is looking. I think he just pretends to be in favor of the deadly narcotic marihuana to trick gullible libs into thinking they're 'libertarian.'

After all, consider his Godly stance on other important issues:

• He wants to define life as starting at conception;
• He wants to slap up a fence between us and the mexicants;
• He has repeatedly re-introduced bills to prohibit the Supreme Court from hearing cases on the Establisment Clause or the right to privacy, which would permit the return of anti-sodomy laws;
• He wants to deny federal funding to any organization that "presents male or female homosexuality as an acceptable alternative lifestyle";
• He fights on the front lines in the War on Christmas and Christianity;

So Romney went the full Etch-A-Sketch on us twice. He campaigned in the primary as a champion of natural marriage. Then as soon as he locked up the nomination, he shook the tablet clean and hired a same-sex marriage zealot as his spokesman. Then when the windsock shifted directions again, he shook the tablet once more and all traces of Richard Grenell disappeared. If the governor is not careful, he's going to sprain his wrist one of these days shaking that thing.

Gov. Romney is a politician rather than a statesman. While he will not do the right thing out of political conviction, he will do the right thing out of political convenience. This represents both a great challenge and a great opportunity for the pro-family community, since the governor has demonstrated in the Grenell affair that he is maneuverable.

The Grenell resignation represents a huge win for the forces defending the family in America, since it will be a long time before the governor appoints another homosexual activist to a prominent position in his campaign.

Since Gov. Romney will do the right thing when it is politically expedient, it's our job to make it politically expedient for him to do the right thing on as many issues as possible. Let's get cracking.

Hey Rev I don't know anything about politics but where does any Mormon fit into God's plan? There's a mormon temple near here (well, within 100 miles) and it's just toooooooooooo ghastly with its moroni idol or whatever, anytime..

We're talking about God's Plan here son. The Godly Landover Baptist Church knew that Obama was going to become President in 2008 (just do a search). We would never have had the Tea Parties and taken back the House if RINO McCain had become President. We thank Jesus that the killing of mooselimbs in Afghanistan has continued, Godly George W. Bush's bailouts of Wall Street has continued, the Patriot Act renewed, and Gitmo is still open for business.
