Boston Mayor rejects God and the Free Market, embraces queers and small businesses

The Mayor of Boston has embraced wickedness and depravity, rejecting free market capitalist economics and Biblical values.

“You can’t have a business in the city of Boston that discriminates against a population. We’re an open city, we’re a city that’s at the forefront of inclusion,” the mayor said.
Chick-fil-A president Dan Cathy, in a recent interview with the Baptist Press, said his company’s position supporting “traditional marriage” is based on values rooted in the Bible, and that he intends to “stay the course,” which has included donating millions of dollars to anti-gay organizations, including Exodus International, one of the world’s largest promoters of “ex-gay” therapy.
“If they need licenses in the city, it will be very difficult — unless they open up their policies,” Menino warned.
Last year, Menino blocked Walmart from a developing in the city’s Roxbury neighborhood, criticizing the retail giant’s impact on neighborhood businesses and lower-wage workers.
Of all the battles to pick, the mayor is going up against poor little Wal-Mart, trying to help gay people, small businesses, and the people of his city. He needs to reject the lure of Satan, and embrace the wisdom of expert lobbyists who are willing to tell him all the answers.

If he had read the Bible, he would know that Chic-Fil-A is in the right, and gays are in the wrong. Anal sex will not bring you closer to God! Just closer to Hell!

Amazing. This mayor also is rejecting the US Constitution! He wants to deny business licenses to a particular chain not because of discrimination against patrons, or discrimination in hiring practices, but because the owner donates money to a cause the mayor doesn't like.

Liberal fascism at its finest, friends.

ALL politicians from Massachusetts (aka TAXAchusettes) are socialist scum, NO exceptions. This article about persecuting the hard working businessmen of Wallmart for the Radical Gay Agenda just proves it. When President Romney is elected America and Jesus are going to settle accounts with that state.

Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.

Nothing, brother. It is outrageous liberal bias that motivated this hack journalist to include these unrelated details.

Though, the mayor did pull the same fascist move to create barriers to entry against Wal-Mart that he is now pulling on ChikFilA.

Doesn't Acts 5:1-11 argue against capitalism in more of favoring a community like state? It does seem like Peter murders those two people because they were practicing capitalism. Of course, I could be wrong.

Shame about Chick-fil-a though, they do have amazing chicken that was only accented with hate and homophobia. The homophobia added to the meal like a fine wine. Amazing.

              Yes. You are wrong.

If you bothered to read the quote you provided, you'd see that their sin was not owning property, and not selling property. Their sin was not even withholding part of the sales price.

Their sin was lying to Paul about the price so they could keep part for themselves. It was theirs to give, yet they lied about it, so GOD (not Paul) smote them.

Your hatred of God knows no bounds, does it?

Do you mean Peter? Perhaps you would know better than I, but I am pretty sure Paul did not write Acts of the Apostles? I could be wrong though.

I don't hate God, I was just curious about a passage in the KJV that seems to go against the argument that Mr. Bob was trying to make.

In fact quite the contrary, if I hated God I would be hating myself, since Unitarians believe that within all creatures exist an element of God.

I am so very happy that I am correct. Don't worry it probably will not be the last time which you will have to admit that. It is good to hear never the less. So about Chick-fil-a, do you all think that this sets a bad precedent for the separation of Church and state, since the Chick-fil-a restaurant is doing this solely on religious grounds and Boston is discriminating against a Christian company?

I think the mayor will back down on his position when he realizes it is unconstitutional and anti-American.

Chik-Fil-A has no history of discriminating against customers or in its hiring practices. The owner donates money to a cause the mayor of Boston does not like, and he thinks he can bar the company from coming to his city for that reason.

Does this mean that leaders in conservative cities should be able to say, "Oh, Home Depot gives money to gay "rights" organizations. We shouldn't let them open a store in our city"?

I hope you find comfort in this Bible verse:

(Proverbs 16:5) "Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished."

I couldn't agree more, Brother Billy, especially what you said about Wal-Mart. All these small businesses are undermining struggling multi-billion dollar corporations. Let's face it - small business is socialism. We need a law to make it illegal for any company with a market capitalization of under $10 billion to operate in America.

                          into Marxism by Kenyan infiltrator

Jesus famously kicked the small-time money changers out of the temple in Jerusalem, to make way for large-scale foreign exchange traders like Goldman-Sachs. Jesus understood that small businesses were against Wall Street. For that he was crucified! He died on the cross defending the rights of the job creators. No wonder that all communists (like the gay mayor of Boston) are atheists and Muslims!
