Since I live my life as though God does not exist but accept that he is a possibility, from my viewpoint, no, I have never sinned.
There is also a difference between being a sinner and living a life of sin. From your viewpoint, I am living a life of sin. From mine, I am not. Hence, the statement in the post above.
