Exodus 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

We don't worship saints, we ask them to pray for us to God, because they did His will in their lifetimes, so now He'll grant their requests.

Why do you make graven images of them? Instead of getting people who did God's will during their lifetimes to pray for you, wouldn't it just be simpler to do God's will yourself instead of deliberately aggravating Him?

God only tells us not to WORSHIP the graven images...If images are forbidden, then you should take down all graphics, as these are images.

You have committed the sin of presumption in that last post, assuming we can make it on our own efforts without help from heaven.

Now say 20 Hail Marys, 10 Our Fathers, and show some respect to the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church!

1 Timothy 2:5: For [there is] one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

Don't believe the KJV? Just this once, I'll quote the NIV (and may Jesus have mercy on me for doing so, even to rebuke a Christ-hating Romanist):

For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

Not even the satanically corrupted NIV can deny that basic truth of our faith.

Sure, I'll say the Hail Mary. Just show me where in Scripture it's set forth, and where in Scripture we're told to pray it, and I'll go along with you.

                Numbers 21: 5-9

the people complained against God and Moses, "Why have you brought us up from Egypt to die in this desert, where there is no food or water? We are disgusted with this wretched food!" 6 4 In punishment the LORD sent among the people saraph serpents, which bit the people so that many of them died. 7 Then the people came to Moses and said, "We have sinned in complaining against the LORD and you. Pray the LORD to take the serpents from us." So Moses prayed for the people, 8 5 and the LORD said to Moses, "Make a saraph and mount it on a pole, and if anyone who has been bitten looks at it, he will recover." 9 6 Moses accordingly made a bronze serpent and mounted it on a pole, and whenever anyone who had been bitten by a serpent looked at the bronze serpent, he recovered.
Was the bronze serpent a "graven image"?

And you still haven't taken down the graphics...hypocrite

                    Guess what, "Father":

II Kings 18:3-4: And he did [that which was] right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that David his father did. He removed the high places, and brake the images, and cut down the groves, and brake in pieces the brasen serpent that Moses had made: for unto those days the children of Israel did burn incense to it: and he called it Nehushtan.

When people burned incense (sound familiar, papist?) to the bronze serpent, then yes, it did become a graven image, and Godly King Hezekiah had to destroy it. Owned by your own example.
