How do I tastefully request the colored policeman the local department hired NOT be sent out on calls to my property?

I don't want to seem like a racist because I'm not, but this fella has a cornrow haircut so I think he might be selling drugs. I don't want him doing that mess over on my property or across from it for that matter. Occasionally I am forced to call the police on a complaining daybean or on somebody I catch trespassing and I don't want this buck on my land. What would the neighbors think if they saw him leaving my driveway?

Brother, in this day and age you'd likely be arrested just for hinting at the fact that you didn't want that boy to break in your homes and rape your wife and children.

Plant some watermelon in a patch of your land. Set up a camera and eventually you'll catch that darkie red handed. Make sure it has night vision because that shine will no doubt appear to be some kind of spooky phantom police uniform without a body.
