And what makes you think a bunch of God hatting homers like that are ever going to get near a man of God like Pastor Al. Unsaved unwelcome at Landover, remember?

Thank you for wishing me ill sinner.

No friend, you miss the point; I should have died years ago from a stroke. So much for your science! PRAISE JESUS!

That's fascinating. Please explain how you know.

Anyway, regarding exercise, the Bible says the following:

1 Timothy 4:8: For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

Are you saying Jesus will be calling them home soon? Praise the Lord! The sooner He calls us away from the unSaved trash, the happier we'll all be! Well, except for the unSaved trash when they find out how horribly wrong they've been.

I never give a care for my health. Thats because JESUS takes care of me. I swim, I hunt, I travel all over the world spreading the Good News about Jesus Christ, but I never worry about the things that God takes care of. I eat porterhouse steaks and roast suckling piglets and biscuits and gravy and Sister Thumper's delicious rabbit casserole without a care in the world.

My life is in the loving hands of Jesus. Is yours?

So what? My blood pressure 240 over 160. My silly raghead doctor Sing says I should be dead. He goes pale with his brown skin every time he takes my blood pressure. He says my head should explode from it. You understand that friend, but your silly Darwinist logic I should be dead, yet here I am. Why friend? Christ is why friend?

With Christ you can eat all the steak and eggs you want and your arteries will never clog. You can drink bacon grease by the glass and slather large right on to your burgers and no problem. Why Pastor Zeke consumes a 24lbs of poter house steak every night and just look at his picture in his avatar. Nice and skinny.
Yes friend, Bad health is caused by sin, pure and simple.

There is no prob’ when you’re with God.

I know you realize I am talking about physical shape. Anyways, I usually do this:

    Monday-Wednesday-Friday
    Weight Lifting

    Tuesday-Thursday
    Run two miles
    Agility work

It's working pretty well. I used to be about 215 pounds and now I am down to 193. I have never been fat, as I am 6'3, just never "toned."

Ezekiel, you said you swim 5 miles a day, right?
