    God Doesn't Exist

    So, fellow Atheist here. God doesn't exist. Prove me wrong.

    If God exists, and he is "all-loving," why would he kill every person on earth? Why would he let suffering into the world? What about fossils? I'm assuming God created man and dinosaur at the same time, within 7 days, so you think man could take out a dinosaur? Man would have become extinct.

    Also, there were 6 religions that were proclaimed BEFORE God that has the same principles? A messiah, 12 deciples, performed miracles, walked on water, was crucified, and rose 3 days later.

                          Mike the Unsaved; I know it is hard to belive that God would ever want to hurt us. But look at it this way: Man was created in the image of God. Does this mean created for our Good Looks? I think not. Man can be angry, mean, violent and so can God. Just like you may want to kill the guy in traffic for pulling out in front of you, cutting you off and then driving 10 miles an hour slower than everyone in a no passing zone. God gets really upset with the actions of man. Hence, destruction. Suffering - that topic needs a new thread. However, what do you think the symbol of Christ on the cross represents? Does he look like he was having a lovely time? No! Do you think if we were all happy and peaceful down here there would be any reason to be humble and fearful towards an Almighty God? Do you think human refuse can be "saved" by a soft wishy washy message? No. Did Christ die for our sins because we were so wonderful already and didn't need any help? No.

                          Ok, now your silly fossile and dinosaur issue. Please see the quote below from the KJ Bible. I believe the presentation of this scenario to be key. This CLEARLY states that time did not begin until human life began -beings whose lives are measured my time. Do you think a T-Rex cared what time it was? No. Animals lumber about aimlessly consuming and killing for survival with no conscious concept of time. They have no choice. We have choice and consciousness. We are aware of the passage of time. (Note the term "When" below.) The measurement of time began when God created us. No monkey, no "thing in between" without a soul - Human life. Time is essential for us because we all know it will run out here on Earth. Animals do not have any concept of this. (Well, there are those creepy documentaries of elephants hanging forlornly over their dead.)
                          Obviously, this passage notes God created everything but time started with us. Tick, tick, tick . . .

                          Genesis 1:1

                          1:1 . . . God created, that is, made it out of nothing. There was not any pre - existent matter out of which the world was produced. The fish and fowl were indeed produced out of the waters, and the beasts and man out of the earth; but that earth and those waters were made out of nothing. Observe 4. When this work was produced; In the beginning - That is, in the beginning of time. Time began with the production of those beings that are measured by time. Before the beginning of time there was none but that Infinite Being that inhabits eternity. Should we ask why God made the world no sooner, we should but darken counsel by words without knowledge; for how could there be sooner or later in eternity?

                                          While we normally don't allow potty-mouth posts to remain for more than a few seconds on God's favorite forum, I left this one in full view for a reason.

                                          I want everyone to see the kind of arguments that atheist scum resort to once confronted with God's own truth. There are thousands of ways that a seasoned, well-trained True Christian(tm) Pastor such as myself can prove God's existence. I tossed out just one (bananas), and you see what happened? The demons possessing this atheistic monkey-worshiper got all riled up and couldn't come up with a coherent response.

                                          Because atheists have no morality, they think that blasphemous, obscene expletives like the one quoted above are reasonable arguments, that might actually persuade us to abandon Jesus.
