On Certain Threads I've Heard People Quoting Mexican's Racist terms Like ( Spics, Border Ni**ers, Beaners, etc.) Seems like Only White People are respected in these forums.

That's absolutely not true. And the N-Word is strictly forbidden here. We do not allow racism on our boards. Personally, I respect my Mexican workers greatly. They work a long day and break their backs for a low wage and never complain. I love 'em!
