First off, Slayer only has one Christian member. Their drummer, Dave Lombardo, left due to internal strife. Second off, Slayer is a thrash metal band. Alright, I deem them to be decent Christians, although it may be undermined by their work on Hell Awaits. For the most part, they do not portray Satanism. Rather, it is anti-religion and anti-authority that is presumed to be Satanism. Are they good Christians? That, I am not sure of. None of us know what Dave and Tom do in their free time, but if they pray to the Lord an accept the Saviour, they are good Christians in my book.

Well friend, the thing is, your "book" is of no more value than a pile of your grandmother's festering menstrual rags. Which, by the way, is precisely what Jesus thinks of the likes of you (Isaiah 64:6). When you understand just what it takes to be a True Christian™, then perhaps your opinion will be of some interest. Until then, I would encourage you to read more. You might just learn something.

For the record I've had this discussion with a couple priests and even let them listen to the songs of slayer , I gave them lots of information on this topic and each one came to the same conclusion , just because they sing about Satan and HELL does not make them Satanists and people who think otherwise are very narrow minded and righteous which is NOT the way of the lord.

Ive burned multiple copies of their albums over the years.

Many times I have burned 'Seasons in the Abyss' and 'South of Heaven". In fact the first CD I ever burned was Decade of Aggression, it was a double CD if I remember so I could burn 2 for the price of one.

The CD I loved to burn more than any other was 'Divine Intervention'.

I know nothing at all about the personal members of the band. They are just a united flag bearer for satan. I can't say I know anything about Tom Arya or Kerry King. I know even less about the drummers satanic side project with the other reprobates in Tomahawk.. Who are satanic by default because they are linked with the other devil music band Faith No More.. All I know is that they worship Satan and deserve to burn, just like their records.

At a time when it is crucial for Christians to band together and fight those who are oppressing us? Have you noticed we are the only religion that is ok to discriminate against?

I know, right?

We are persecuted when they talk about the separation of church and state. (While obviously, Christianity should be a mandatory state religion).
We are persecuted when people of other faiths are allowed to build their temples. (While only religious buildings in this country should be Christian churches).
We are persecuted when they don't allow Christian prayer or crosses in public schools. (Of course it would be even worse if they allowed other faiths alongside Christian, but that's a different issue).
We are persecuted when our religious views are not included in the school curriculum (while it's obvious that the Bible has much more validity than all of the observations and experiments of science).
We are persecuted because gays are allowed to marry and women allowed to abort (while the US law should be based 100% on the Bible - sort of like the Sharia law, but derived from God, and not the devil).
We are persecuted because women have equal rights as men (when it's clearly stated in the Bible that women are inferior to men).

Nevertheless, you should find consolation in the Bible, dear:

Matthew 5:10-12
10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

You should rejoice, dear - all that unjust persecution means that God truly loves us!

I am sorry that your sister decided that interfering with God's will to kill someone with a car was more important than retaining the mental capacities He initially blessed her with. Perhaps your sister will understand God's purpose better once she is in Hell.
