She's already tried but stupidly wrote her email wrong, which she will be punished for, though I should have been paying more attention to what she was doing rather than reading posts here. I apologize for her mistake, and let it be me that takes what ever repercussion she would receive.

You've learned a valuable lesson, Jake.
I suggest that in all future postings your wife wishes to make, you take over the keyboard and enter the information yourself.
Most women are much more comfortable in the kitchen making pies. They tend to get confused when looking at a keyboard with all those little letters, numbers, and symbols. Well, Bless her Heart! I know how difficult it was for me to figure out this Internet thingamajig. It took me years just to learn how to type with both index fingers (at the same time, no less! But I am a sharp little cookie - I actually graduated High School!)
Even still, I always need my husband to actually turn on the computer and open up the Internet for me.
But she's actually a little mad you spanked her? Uh-oh, sounds like someone didn't pay attention in her Wife Classes! Obedience is next to Godliness, and doesn't she want to be next to God? I know *I* do!
Punishment is how we learn what's right and what's wrong! She should feel lucky that all she got was a good old fashioned spanking!

Jake, now that you are a married man, a few suggestions and words of experience for you. Your wife may seem to be a sweet, intelligent person. But you need to remind yourself she is a mere female. Her brain is barely larger than that of a canine and really no more advanced. This is why women talk constantly. They have no memory of what they said five minutes ago or even what they are saying this very minute. This is why they constantly ask if you are listening. Why if it were not for the bearing of sons and baking of pies, I'd have nothing to do with the vacuous cretins.
You should get a 'keyboard logging' program. Never again will your wife not remember a password or what she said or bought. I also got Missus Hutchins a dental implant that enables me to listen (actually, I record) her conversations and monitor her location via GPS.
