Friends, today is the 405th anniversary of the failure of cathlick anarchists to assassinate our beloved King James!
Yes, due to Divine intervention and papist incompetence King James I of England was not blown up on November 5, 1605 and the translation of the KJV 1611 was able to be done without a catlick monarch interfering with the process!
November 5th is now a day to for all to celebrate in their hatred of the papacy, burn effigies, and rejoice that the KJV 1611 was completed even though terrorists tried their best to make sure that wouldn't be the case. Praise Glory!
I will leave you all with this traditional poem that celebrates both King James and burning terrorists (please ignore the fact that it isn't in real American, I'm sure it was written in the era when the English were still pre-stealing the language):
Remember, remember the Fifth of November,
The Gunpowder Treason and Plot,
I know of no reason
Why the Gunpowder Treason
Should ever be forgot.
Guy Fawkes, Guy Fawkes, t'was his intent
To blow up the King and Parli'ment.
Three-score barrels of powder below
To prove old England's overthrow;
By God's providence he was catch'd
With a dark lantern and burning match.
Holla boys, Holla boys, let the bells ring.
Holloa boys, holloa boys, God save the King!
And what should we do with him? Burn him!
