I'm in class 15 hours a week, so that's 55 hours a week. on top of 30 hours or so a week of homework. That's what 85 hours a week, a little more than 12 hours a day 7 days a week. That's working thank you very much.

How many hours a week do you work? you're probably to old to contribute anything anymore.......

I am retired, so I only work 80 hours per week. Before I retired I worked a lot more though. You are a great example of what is wrong with modern youth, too lazy to do some serious work.

I am sorry, but no way will the board OK $2/hour. The factory costs as well as the bribes, shipping expense, the losses incurred when materials are discovered to be substandard or contaminated, we simply cannot make a decent profit. We'll go to Indonesia or South America or possibly Africa. Plenty of hungry people in the world. The slants (see, I did not say 'slopes') aren't the only fish in the barrel.

And joo-boy, 85 hours a week is nothing, that is how many hours, minimum I work in retirement. I am working today, Thanksgiving and will work on Christmas, as will each and every employee. Back when I was young, a 120 hours work week was considered 'heavy' and a 85 hour one was (and still is) a cake walk. The gooks earn (before taxes and government 'incentives' to be paid) is typically $90 a Week! When I was 14, I did not earn that much a week and that was here in the US of A.

No wonder you cannot understand economics, 15 hours a week does not equal 55 hours a week.

I can lift twice the weight, and do 5 times as much per hours. You are a burden on society and should be cast off into the woods

I understand that this isn't cups of flour, but 40 hours a week at work, plus 15 in school is 55. Or are those to big of numbers for you?

You did not mention anything about 40 hours a week at work. You cannot just add them in without saying what it is. The way you wrote the equation it shows 15 = 55.

Like I said in the previous post, you cannot just add numbers in without explaining. You equation shows 15 = 55. You cannot just say, oh the 40 hours was mention elsewhere so I do not have to explain it. Would you write on a test, I answered the question in my homework, so I do not have to answer this question.

I am working, I use the Internet to view the various shop floors and the corporate cloud to work on documents. I know you understand very little about business but I do not get a salary from the Dewitt Corp. I am a board member. I get a small stipend of about $100K for each of the six yearly beard meetings I attend (plus any and all expenses) and any other monies spent visiting factories or attending seminars. I also am reimbursed for all lunches and travel expense when at least 1/2 of the time is spent discussing business related activities. So I am far from the greedy corporate pig you make me out to be, I am merely a corporate volunteer, much like you'd find at www.iaed.org

Why are you picking on Lisa again. You got a school boy crush don't ya. Good luck with dat, she won't date a Christ killer.

You just miss the big picture on Corporate structure don't ya. It takes capitol to expand, if I just give all the companies profits out in the form of wages how can I afford to build new factories to employ the starving masses in third world countries? I am afraid that Mr Hutchins is quite correct the board of directors will not approve a blanket raise like that. I do have to report end of year earnings soon, and it has not been a banner year. I dont think my company will have profits of much more than 2.75 billion this year. My Board of Directors are due a 50% bonus this year.
Its just not a good time to be giving away the bottom line, I will look at it perhaps after the 2012 election. We might have a better climate then.

Brother James, imagine if you employed him to do your accounting/economic work. With his dodgy math skills and poor understanding of economics you would be broke before the end of the financial year.

This is your first business lesson. NEVER hire a damn Joo for anything other than a lawyer. If you hire one as an accountant he will swindell you out of your last penny. This ends the lesson. YIC James Dewitt, I am loaded and I intend to keep it that way.
