Next time, use a little less baking soda in the red velvet cake, I think it will perfect it!

Why thank you for the tip, Sister Anna! How did you know I was planning on baking a red velvet cake (my favorite!) this weekend? I knew there was something that could be improved in my recipe. Less baking soda...surely that's the key.
