She found this and has started recently. I'm not so sure. I really need some rest.

Really need some advice here - I've had some fun, but I'm praying it's not sinful. At times I'm praying it IS - I'd rather have the repentance and get some rest.

Well the only part which kind of made me upset, was when that woman said that this makes women feel more empowered and good about themselves. I don´t see any reason for women to feel such things.

Maybe if you order your wife to do it so that she still understands her place in your household, doesn´t experience any sensations about empowerment and she cites the KJV1611 while doing it? You should also consider putting the pole in the kitchen, the natural habitat of a wife.

For so many reasons this is pure evil. Just as IHJ commented, women need not feel empowered. They get enough of that while their husbands pay them any type of attention.

Exodus 32:19-25 - Moses was pretty ticked about the dancing, and this is just after he told God to back off and not kill Israel.

Exodus 15:20 mentions it as well.

1 Corinthians 7:1-3 pretty clearly tells us that if this is to happen it is only if a woman's husband wills it for his relationship with her.

At first I was shocked by the thread title. I mean, what God fearing man would allow his wife to dance like a pagan from backward Poland, who are masquerading as Christian's! After I comprehended the misleading title and noticed it is fully endorsed by Fox, I am now placing a pole in the kitchen....

Of course I should have explained better. She does the pole-dancing at home, it's a form of exercise which she feels, in the privacy of home, will be pleasing to her husband. And indeed it is. Every Friday and occasionally on Sunday afternoons she practises this form of aerobics with her 2 friends Lola and Carmen. A thoroughly entertaining spectacle for just me and Lord Jesus to appreciate.

And @ Wait-Warped and Just Juice - I expect an apology forthwith for slandering both myself and my wife's reputation.

I feel that would be perfectly fine, as it personally between her and the watching Lord Jesus. Her reciting verses of the blessed KJV1611 at the same time can surely only enhance this experience. Though I would prefer a Pastor's word of conformation on my humble view.
