Our final Shah was gone 10 years before my birth, our government changed after his death.

However, he did seem to have beliefs that some of our fundamentalists would frown upon.

That eye was painted by a relative of mine, it has nothing to do with the "Freemasons" you speak of.

As we tend to be somewhat more developed than our neighbors, we have advanced our customs somewhat. I was initially breastfed for about two months, then I received bottlefeeding until my weaning.

Most women follow the routine I described, minimal amount of breastfeeding, followed by bottlefeeding.

No, I have never tasted it, and I have no craving for it.

A question though: why do you wear a niqaab when almost nobody else in Iran does, and makes do with a chador or khimār or even a simple headscarf, especially in Tehran ?

I've been careful, and haven't mentioned it recently, but my father may make my plan of conversion apparent to the public.

Then again, I do stick out more.....

Our men are rather lustful, yes, many believe that is why the traditional Islamic attire of women was created. We are permitted to reveal nothing but our face, hands, and feet, but many nations prefer that we conceal all but our faces.

Revealing our hair or our bodies to unrelated men is forbidden.

If I were to reveal my awrah, or forbidden areas of my body, I would likely be beset upon by nearly every man within viewing radius of my revealed form.
