Prove it. Write a book and gain followers. Ask you mother and father to write books and gain followers. Even after you notice that not everyone can write a book and gain followers, fact that Bible was written by God remains.

2.It's called evolution for a reason. That is why we don't have tails. We have tail bones however. Also not all evolve. It works like a mutation. You breed 2 animals the exact same together, you will get a very similar creature, however if something affects the gene, we get mutations explaining evolution.

After you have read the Bible, you might want to check your knowledge about evolution also. It helps when you actually know something about the subject you are talking about.

3. The big bang began with an Atom.

Again, read about this subject first. Even Big bang theory does not say that it started with an atom.

If our bodies are evolving all the time then why do I still have to eat and breathe through the same tube? Why can a crocodile have one meal every two weeks but we can't go more than a few hours without being hungry? Why haven't our bodies evolved to detect invisible deadly gasses? Why does our body break down after 50 years or so? What did the child born with missing limbs evolve from?

Yeah evolution has really worked for us hasn't it. I shudder to think what we evolved from to receive these massive upgrades.

2. Then why does the 2nd law of thermodynamics disprove evilution? Evilution also defies Genesis 1:27 "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."

3. Genesis 1:1 "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." Where did the atom come from friend? There has to be one uncaused cause, and that cause is GOD.

People follow the Odyssey? I've been on a sailing holiday out of Ithaca (the Greek island, that is, not the place in upstate NY). Does that count as following the Odyssey?

6. They don't believe in a loving, personal GOD who cares so much about us He volunteered His only son to die temporarily for our sins! If this didn't happen, how could any of us go to Heaven?

7. They don't believe in a GOD who is actively in control of Earth and our lives. Just the other day me and my wife received a prayer alert from her brother that our nephew would be taking a rather critical test in school, and that we should ask the LORD to guide Him and give Him the knowledge to pass it. The entire family prayed, and do you know what? He got an A+ on that test! That's all the proof I need!
In other words, your nephew's passing his class is obviously of MUCH greater importance than, say, feeding the millions and billions of starving children? What could they possibly have done to anger your god? They were doomed to starve before they were even born! If your god is all-powerful, why does he not give them a bit of food?

8. Atheists are usually bad at debating and end up saying that you can't prove there IS a god, so why should they obey this religion or that? Well, to that I have to answer, just because you can't disprove GODdoesn't mean He doesn't exist. I can't believe the lack of logic these people have!

Atheists are often portrayed by religious people (notice I did not say Christians) as mean, moralless people. Looking at this thread, I saw that the people who were pointing out flaws were highly polite, and YOU were always making fun of them. 'I cannot believe these people!'. Atheists did not say that.
Finally, one of the main differences between Atheists and Christians is this: Christians believe that they have found the cause of the universe. Atheists keep digging for more clues, unconvinced that an invisible old flying man who is everywhere, knows everything, sees everything and can do anything magicked it into existence. Christians are sated by simple mythology, while Atheists want to know what REALLY happened. Atheists feel about Christians the same way Christians feel about any other religion: That they are wrong. However, unlike MOST Christians, Atheists have a strong DEFENCE, and can prove why they believe their P.O.V. is correct. Christians can only say that an old book written millions of years after the events supposedly took place told them that these things are true. Atheists are open to new ideas, and are willing to have small debates over the topic. This website tells people that they are not allowed to say negative things about the owner's religion, proving that Christians (or at least, YOU Christians) are intolerant to the topic of your POSSIBLY being incorrect. Why? If you are so confident your god exists, what could there possibly be to lose? Go on, then! Reply to my points as best as you can. Alternatively, you could remove this post and destroy my profile, proving my points. If this post IS removed, then I am right. You people are too scared that you are incorrect to say anything, meaning that you are not 'True Christians'. If there are any good points that are worth replying to (Not something like 'You are wrong because the Bible says god exists'), then I will reply as best as I can.

You got me. I am completely convinced now. All my personal experiences mean nothing, for you, dear atheist, have found the way to shine the light into my otherwise drab existence. Uhhhhhhhh... Okay? Did you know that there is a religion practiced by thousands of people? Know what is it? Jedi. Yes, it sounds preposterous, but it is true. Jedi is based on a fiction writing, like one of Shakespeare's plays (but in movie form).
CHRISTIANITY is based on an old book. That is it, essentially. Seeing the difference? The Jedi of today may have been the Christians of the olden days. Thousands of years from now, future archeologists may find a Star Wars fanboy's room, and declare it to be a shrine to some ancient religion. They will distribute the movie, and the future Jedi will claim that it was written by Master Yoda and that if you are a bad person (or just not a Jedi), you will become the slave of Emperor Palpatine, the Evil Sith Lord. I bet people scoffed at Christianity as people today scoff at Jediism? Jediists? You know what I mean.

I am just going to say that that had NOTHING to do with the point made by my fellow atheist. Also, that was a fairly good 'one-sentencer' of evolution: That it is people adapting to the environment.

Once again, you did not say anything about the point made! And in a way, it does: The whole universe was in a hard dense state when it went 'Bang'. That would be a lot of atoms, really close together. Unless if you do not know what an atom is?
